CHURCH SERVICES
IN OLD LINCOLN

There are two historic churches in Old Lincoln. The one shown at right is the Old Community Church, buit in 1886 and used as a school as well as a church during its history. No religious group currently uses the building, which is used for civic purposes, and maintained by a board of local citizens.

The Iglesia San Juan-Batista was originally a Catholic church whose construction was completed in 1887. Today the church is owned by New Mexico State Monuments, who maintain it and make it available for various functions both civil and religious.
